We have two levels of charges: the ones shown below are for children booked in for the whole term. One-off bookings are welcomed, however they are charged at a slightly higher rate. Please ask for details.

Opening Hours and Fees - School Holidays
Available holiday club dates and booking form are released in the term preceding each holiday.
We welcome children attending Wheatley Primary School and other local schools.

Additional Information
If the parent or carer is unable to make these times for any reason, they must call the Club House on 01865 876395 to make alternative arrangements.
Fees quoted above are effective as of 1st June 2021.
The Management reserve the right to charge a late fee of £10 for late pick-up (i.e. after 5:30pm in term time and after 4:30pm in holidays).
